Scope development and budgeting - Ability to develop a scope of remedial works from limited information, prepare budget estimates, document assumptions, and refine costs as surveys and opening-up information become available. Tendering and procurement - Ability to compile robust tender packages, manage the tender process, analyse returns, negotiate commercially, and place subcontract orders. Variation management - Ability to identify, value, negotiate and recover variations arising from design changes, latent defects, and additional remedial works. Commercial reporting - confident preparation of CVRs, cost reports, forecasts, final account projections and management reporting. Specialist subcontractor management - Experience procuring and managing fire protection, passive fire, fa ade, cladding, and remediation subcontractors.
