Role and Responsibilities: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of projects involving steel structures. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Accurate and efficient cost estimating for steel-related projects. Conducting in-depth cost analysis and preparing detailed cost reports. Collaborating with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality. Procuring materials and subcontractors for steel works, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project timelines. Managing contracts and variations, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
