Key Responsibilities Maintain calibrated equipment across the business, managing both internal and external calibration requirements. Maintain QMS requirements in line with ongoing standard expectations (AS9100 and customer flow-down requirements). Prepare and organise internal audits, including NCR closure. Support customer requirements for annual audit activities. Adhere to company health and safety requirements and complete all required training. Process supplier and customer returns for non-conforming items. Promote performance improvement activities and quality assurance programs throughout the company. Identify and implement corrective and preventative actions. Carry out problem-solving activities within production. Identify and investigate trends from internal failure modes.
