We are currently working with a food manufacturer in Peterborough looking for a Quality Technologist. You will ensure the company''s quality and processes are at the highest standards. The role is great for somebody to enhance their quality skills or a technologist looking for more exposure to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calibrate test equipment
• Investigate production complaints and implement corrective action
• Lead Root Cause Analysis
• Verify compliance with quality and safety standards
• Conduct routine GMP, hygiene, and foreign body inspections
• Resolve non-conformance
• Taste panel process
• Monitor and release products post-production and testing
• Complete scheduled monitoring and log samples
• Conduct allergen validation
• File samples, send to labs, and liaise with supply chain on timing issues

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar position, within the Food Industry
• Level 3 in HACCP/Food Safety
• Knowledge of BRC standards
