Job title:Quality Engineering TechnicianJob location:BasildonRate: 20.64Hours per week:37Duration:6 monthsStart date:ASAPClient Summary:A leading, well recognised global manufacturer of Agricultural machineryPosition Summary:Responsible for supporting the Quality functions through the inspection, validation, and rework of components and vehicles. The role will ensure finished products meet engineeringspecifications as well support the identification, investigation, and resolution of quality issues. This will encompass inspection duties across, warehouse, lineside, and finished vehicles.Roles can include: Inspect and validate components against engineering drawings, specifications, and testcriteria Investigate quality concerns, capturing data and supporting root cause analysis Support resolution of product quality issues in collaboration with internal teams andexternal suppliers Communicate quality concerns and updates in a timely manner Prepare and maintain quality reports and performance metrics (KPIs) Support audits and ensure timely closure of actions Review PPAP and quality documentation (e.g. IRW''s, deviations, change requests, PIRs) Implement containment, rework, and corrective actions to minimise defects and scrap Manage and control non-conforming (reject) material, including quarantine processes Support incoming inspection of previously identified defect components Coordinate shipment of parts for internal and external analysis, including relevantdocumentation ..... full job details .....
