The role requires first off, patrol and final inspection across the engineering department working to specific tolerances and clearly identify any discrepancies utilising CMM equipment in accordance with AS9100. Support production to resolve non-conformities found during the manufacturing and inspection activities.  Essential roles of the Quality Technician: - Fully understand technical drawings and convert the knowledge to visual and measured accuracies. - Verification of production machining operations as defined within the works order, verify a complete set of production records as collected, perform inspection tasks inline with product drawings & specs. - Raise non-conformance requests, FAI reports and programming CMM equipment. - To provide calibration expertise to tooling and finished products.
