Quality Control Technician Location: Norwich Full-Time Temporary 3 - 6 monthsAbout the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Control Technician to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business. Working within the Quality Department, you will play a key role in ensuring that components, assemblies, and finished products meet stringent quality standards and engineering specifications.This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused individual who enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and is passionate about continuous improvement, accuracy, and maintaining the highest levels of product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out inspections of purchased goods both at supplier premises and upon receipt, completing all required documentation and reports.Inspect in-house manufactured components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.Perform inspections during the build process, on final assemblies, and on returned equipment.Conduct dimensional checks and investigations as required, recording findings accurately.Undertake calibration of measuring instruments, including micrometres, verniers, pressure gauges, and other precision tools.Maintain calibration records and procedures in line with business requirements.Monitor and report on temperature control within the standards room.Ensure all quality activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.Adhere to all ..... full job details .....
