Quality Technician / QHSE Technician

Looking for your next role to add more depth to your experience?We are currently looking for a Quality Technician to step into a QHSE Technician role at a well established engineering and Manufacturing company in Essex.The position is based on Days Monday to Friday and comes with a Salary range of 32 - 36,000 pa depending on experience levelsThe role will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards across the site. Working closely with the QSHE Engineer and wider operational teams, The individual will carry out inspections, audits, and data analysis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining high standards in product quality, workplace safety, and environmental responsibility.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Quality Assurance SupportConduct inspections on incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and final products to verify conformance to specifications. Assist in the investigation and documentation of non-conformances and customer complaints. Health and Safety MonitoringPerform routine workplace safety checks and assist in risk assessments and incident investigations. Environmental ComplianceAssist in monitoring environmental controls such as waste segregation, emissions, and spill prevention.
