You will be overseeing the quality assurance across UK and international suppliers, leading problem-solving activities (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) and manage corrective actions, driving supplier performance, NCRs and root-cause investigations. In addition, you will be supporting customer meetings, inspections and technical reviews, producing quality KPI reports and monitor defect trends, conducting internal audits and ensure compliance with QMS/EMS requirements, collaborating cross-functionally to improve quality, efficiency and customer experience whilst making sure you are contributing to continuous improvement.
