Quality Technician

We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Technician to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong dimensional inspection skills alongside the ability to investigate and resolve quality issues.Key Responsibilities Operate CMM equipment to inspect manufactured components.Perform dimensional inspection using verniers, calipers, micrometers and gauges.Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.Complete first-off, in-process and final inspections.Identify and document non-conformances.Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.Work closely with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.Maintain accurate inspection and quality records.Support continuous improvement activities.
