Quality TechnicianPermanentSalary dependent on experienceWorking hours - Monday to FridayLocation - GloucesterQuality TechnicianJob Description Manage the full process for non-conformances, from raising and investigating issues through to implementing and closing corrective actions. Carry out internal audits, record findings and work with relevant departments to ensure any actions are followed through to completion. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Stores and Projects to investigate quality issues and identify effective solutions. Complete inspections and quality checks, maintain accurate records and ensure quality documentation is kept up to date. Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities, identifying recurring issues and helping to promote consistent quality standards across the site.
