      <description>Location: Coventry | Salary: 33000.00-33000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Customer Quality Technician About the role Responsible for quality functions centred around product quality for a bespoke manufacturer, including but not limited to overseeing and creating documentation packs. Roles and responsibilities are in line with the quality management system and policies ensuring product and services meet/exceed customer expectations. Responsible for defect prevention, process deviation and ensuring supplier supplied parts are to standard. This role involves liaising with both customer and supplier ensuring lines of communication are open and handled for any non-conformities. This role will include identifying deviation from design to day-to-day department activities to improve internal process and performance.
