Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Quality Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

 The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, shop floor-based role within a busy production environment. You will play a key part in supporting manufacturing operations by carrying out in-process quality checks and ensuring products meet required standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to production, collaborating with operators and supervisors rather than being based in a laboratory setting.

 Key Responsibilities

- Conduct line sampling and inspection of finished products

- Monitor product quality and escalate any issues to Production and Quality teams

- Complete quality documentation accurately and in line with procedures

- Support the control and segregation of non-conforming materials

- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards

- Ensure compliance with site procedures, health and safety and quality requirements

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

About You

We are looking for a practical and detail-focused individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will likely bring:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or quality-based role

- Experience carrying out in-process checks or product inspections

- A hands-on approach and willingness to work on the shop floor

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with production teams

- A proactive and reliable approach to work

A scientific degree is not required for this role.

Why Apply?

This is a great opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing business in a role that offers variety, responsibility and strong team collaboration.

You will benefit from a consistent shift pattern, a supportive environment and the opportunity to build experience within a quality-focused production setting.
