Quality TechnicianGlenrothes, Fife4-day working week Rotating Days and NightsWe are recruiting for a Quality Technician to join an established manufacturing business based in Glenrothes.This is a hands-on role working closely with Production to ensure materials and finished products meet the required quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.What you''ll be doingInspecting and testing incoming raw materialsCarrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing processTesting and inspecting finished products against specificationsRecording test and inspection results accuratelyIdentifying and reporting non-conforming materials or productsSupporting investigations into quality issues, customer complaints and returnsMaintaining quality and inspection documentationWorking closely with Production and other departments to resolve quality issuesSupporting audits and working within established quality proceduresContributing to continuous improvement activitiesWhat we''re looking forWe are interested in speaking with candidates who have some practical experience of quality, inspection or testing within a manufacturing or production environment.Experience of the following would be beneficial:Product or material inspection and testingWorking to specifications and quality standardsNon-conformances or quality investigationsISO or other Quality Management SystemsRecording and maintaining quality documentationUsing inspection or testing equipmentContinuous improvementSome ..... full job details .....
