Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with Krystal Technology UK Ltd, a specialist manufacturer of high-purity fused quartz and fused silica components serving the semiconductor, photonics, industrial and scientific sectors, with their search for an experienced Quality Technician. Key Duties:The role will support the Quality Manager with QMS activities, ISO 9001 preparation, internal audits, non-conformities, supplier audits, customer complaints, corrective actions, continuous improvement projects and Quality-related meetings. The role will also act as the main Quality contact for calibration activities across site, covering measuring equipment and MFCs/gas control equipment.The Quality Control Technician will maintain a strong understanding of product specifications and inspection requirements and will be capable of carrying out QC inspections to a high standard to provide effective cover for the QC team. The role requires a flexible and technically capable approach, with the ability to work across a broad range of Quality activities.Key Duties:Act as the main Quality contact for calibration activities across site, including measuring equipment, working with external laboratories and MFCs/gas control equipment, ensuring calibration schedules, records and requirements are maintained and achieving relevant KPIs.Maintain a strong understanding of product specifications, drawings, geometrical tolerances and inspection requirements, supporting the development and ..... full job details .....
