Quality Technician (CMM)

Key Responsibilities: - • Verify product requirements, and thus provide a satisfactory level of measurement and process control support. • Supplier incoming inspection and results records. • Non-conforming parts analysis. • Quality system documentation and records. • Product inspection using manual standard gauging as well as operating CNC CMM using PCDMIS software. • Completion of inspection reports to marked drawings. • Perform Equipment TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) Working Hours Double days: Morning Shift 05 00 (Mo - Th), 05 40 (Fr) Afternoon shift 13 15 (Mo - Th), 12 20 (Fr) Key Requirements: - • Experience in metrology, GDandT (reading technical drawings and interpreting geometric symbols/tolerances) within a precision engineering environment. • Minimum 3 years experience in manual inspection using ..... full job details .....
