This role is site based in Newport, Wales.- Salary: From -12.21 ph to -16.77 ph depending upon experience Quality Technician Role: Support laboratory operations, specimen processing, and quality assurance. Analysis of test specimens. Safely lift and transfer laboratory samples and equipment. Log and scan samples into proprietary applications/databases. Receive and catalogue supplies, including reagents and chemicals. Your Background : Hold a degree in Life Science or a relevant field, or have equivalent working experience. Strong pipetting skills and experience. Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards. Experience and comfort level working with chemicals in a lab setting. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
