Talentmark are recruiting for a Quality Technician to join an animal health company on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is site based in Newport, Wales.-

Salary:
From -12.21 ph to -16.77 ph depending upon experience

Quality Technician Role:

  • Support laboratory operations, specimen processing, and quality assurance.
  • Analysis of test specimens.
  • Safely lift and transfer laboratory samples and equipment.
  • Log and scan samples into proprietary applications/databases.
  • Receive and catalogue supplies, including reagents and chemicals.
Your Background:
  • Hold a degree in Life Science or a relevant field, or have equivalent working experience.
  • Strong pipetting skills and experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards.
  • Experience and comfort level working with chemicals in a lab setting.
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
