Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client, a busy manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Dewsbury but also covering the additional site in Morley for a full time, permanent Quality team Leader.Job Title: Quality Team LeaderSalary = £35,000 per annumHours - Full time - 6:00am 2:30pm - Monday to Friday Role OverviewThe Quality Team Leader will take responsibility for leading quality standards across 2 sites, ensuring issues are identified, reported, investigated, and resolved in a consistent and effective manner. The role will focus on maintaining product quality, managing customer complaints, supporting supplier quality concerns, and driving a standardised approach to quality reporting and problem solving across the business. Key Responsibilities Quality Management Lead and maintain quality standards across both manufacturing sites. Ensure both sites are reporting quality issues in the same manner and working to the same standards. Support production teams in achieving required product quality standards and customer specifications. Monitor quality performance and promote a culture of right first time and continuous improvement. Customer Complaints and Root Cause Investigation Manage the customer complaints log and ensure it is kept accurate and up to date. Investigate customer complaints thoroughly and identify root cause.
