Quality and Compliance Systems ManagerAnnual Salary: To be discussedLocation: Andover, EnglandJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality and Compliance Systems Manager to lead our quality assurance, compliance activities, and oversee our HR and Health and Safety functions. This key leadership role is crucial for maintaining high standards of compliance with regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive culture across the organisation.Day-to-day of the role:Oversee the establishment, implementation, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.Plan and lead effective audit programmes, conduct root-cause analyses for non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Ensure compliance activities are followed and all company policies are maintained.Help the organisation assess quality risks and identify the expectations of stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, supplier quality issues, and third-party certification bodies.Track quality metrics and report to senior management to effectively evaluate QMS performance and commitment.Oversee the Health and Safety requirements both internally and for our customers.Work closely with Senior Management and external consultants to ensure compliant HR policies and processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in Quality Management or Quality ..... full job details .....
