Quality Systems Manager

A leading global aerospace and defence manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to join their UK operation based in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment supporting advanced aviation technologies used worldwide. Working closely with the Site Quality Manager and wider leadership team, you will take ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS) and lead the organisation s audit and compliance strategy, ensuring continued adherence to aerospace standards and regulatory requirements. The Role This position sits at the heart of the company s quality function and will be responsible for ensuring the organisation maintains a robust and compliant quality management framework. You will lead audit programmes, support regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
