Quality Systems Engineer Redditch, Worcestershire £35,000-£40,000 depending on previous experience. Full-Time, Permanent office based no hybrid We are recruiting for a leading company based in Redditch, known for their commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Systems Engineer to join the Quality team. As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001). You will play a key role in driving quality improvements, supporting audits, and promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization. Quality Systems Engineer key duties include: - Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to meet internal and external requirements. - Lead internal audits and support external certification and customer audits. - Monitor and report on quality KPIs and system performance. - Support non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated across all processes. - Facilitate training and awareness on quality systems and standards. The successful Quality Systems Engineer will have the following skills and experience:- - Proven experience in a Quality Systems or Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 - Experience with internal auditing, document control, and continuous improvement methodologies. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools. - Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree). Desirable: - Certified Internal Auditor. - Experience with PPAP,  and 8D problem solving. - Familiarity with customer-specific requirements and industry regulations.
