You will take ownership of the site''s quality and technical systems and play a central role in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and regulatory compliance. What You''ll Be Responsible For Own and develop the site''s food safety, quality and technical management systems. Ensure the business remains compliant with BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, customer standards and relevant legislation. Coordinate and lead preparation for BRC, customer and regulatory audits. Manage customer technical requirements, queries and associated documentation. Oversee the supplier approval and monitoring process, including raw materials and supplier performance. Monitor technical performance through KPIs, trend analysis and regular reporting. Investigate complaints, non-conformances and technical issues, ensuring effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
