We are seeking a QA/ QC Supervisor to join a growing healthcare manufacturing site in Trefriw, leading a small team of two direct reports while playing a pivotal role in maintaining GMP standards across production, warehousing, and laboratory operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong quality background within pharmaceutical, healthcare, food, nutraceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments who enjoys combining hands-on quality activities with leadership and process improvement. The Role Reporting into the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for overseeing site QA/ QC activities, ensuring products, processes, and systems remain compliant with GMP requirements while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and developing a team of two QA/QC professionals. Managing day-to-day QA/QC activities across the site. Reviewing manufacturing batch records and quality documentation. Authorising the release of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
