Quality Supervisor

to join a leading UK food manufacturer. This role is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in ensuring high standards of food safety and product quality across a busy and fast-paced site.The Role

As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5

Quality Controllers , ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, customer specifications, and internal standards. You will monitor processes, support audits, and maintain documentation to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site.Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of 4 Quality ControllersConduct regular checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished productsPerform label checks, equipment calibration, and sampling for lab analysisCarry out low-level audits (e.g., black bag audits) and maintain accurate recordsEnsure food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures are strictly followedWork closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvementsAbout You

Previous experience in a Quality role within food manufacturing (essential)Strong leadership and team management skillsGood knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, BRC preferred)Excellent communication and problem-solving abilityFlexible and able to adapt in a fast-moving production environmentWhat’s on Offer
