With capabilities across injection moulding, extrusion, vacuum forming, and tooling, the business supplies components to major customers within sectors including automotive, aerospace, medical, construction, retail, and utilities.Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, they are looking to strengthen their production leadership team.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production activities are completed in line with schedule, quality standards, and operational targets. This role also carries responsibility for the safety, performance, and day-to-day coordination of production staff on shift.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver effective shift handovers in collaboration with the opposing Shift Leader to ensure continuity across production.Lead start-of-shift briefings to communicate priorities, production targets, and daily KPIs to Operators.Coordinate shift break schedules to maintain operational efficiency.Oversee first-off and last-off quality checks, ensuring all relevant production information is communicated before runs commence.Monitor shop floor ..... full job details .....
