Role - Quality Receiving Goods Inspector (Inside IR35) Location - Rugby This is a receiving parts inspector working on Day shiftsCandidate must have basic skills in measurements, reading technical drawings and operating calibration systems.Perform in-process inspections throughout manufacturingThe Receiving Parts Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and engineering specifications before being accepted into inventory or production.Verify manufacturing operations against approved processesConduct build verification inspectionsComplete final product inspectionsPerform dimensional inspection using approved measuring equipmentCarry out detailed visual inspectionsVerify manufacturing documentation and quality recordsConfirm compliance with customer and engineering requirementIndependently approve manufacturing operationsReject non-conforming productRaise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Apply Quality Holds where requiredRemove Quality Holds following verificationStop production where product quality or safety is at riskEscalate quality concerns using established governancePerform containment inspectionsWith over 90 years'' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world''s leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil and Gas, Power and Renewables, Chemicals, Construction and Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
