Rullion is currently looking to recruit for the following role:Quality Professional - Subsea (2 Headcount)ASAP StartInside IR35 22-25+ Per hour PAYE Rates.Location : Ulverston37 hours per weekFully site basedCore hours 7am-6pm- 9am-3pm required in office.Duration : 12 months > Long term and possible Temporary to Permanent The Quality Professional supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality concepts, methods, tools and procedures across the Subsea business. Working within an agile and Lean-oriented Quality Management System, the role helps ensure quality requirements, risks and controls are effectively embedded within the assigned organisation, processes and ways of working.Working closely with management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain and other supporting functions, the Quality Professional promotes a transparent and open quality culture, creates visibility of quality performance and risk, and supports timely decision-making, preventive action and continuous improvement. The role also provides guidance and training in defined quality areas and helps coordinate quality activities across internal, external and cross-site stakeholder networks.The role combines quality-system discipline with practical improvement activity, supporting customer experience, risk-based thinking, compliance, digital quality solutions and Lean process improvement across the end-to-end value chain.
