iO Associates is seeking a Quality Manager to join a longstanding client of ours in the Aerospace sector on an initial 6-month contract.

Core Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with AS9120 standards, manage the QMS, and oversee quality control processes.Lead internal, supplier, and external audits while resolving quality issues with customers and suppliers.Supervise product inspections, including FAIRs, and manage NC and RMA processes.Track and report quality performance metrics, supporting the Quality Director when needed.Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in quality management, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or defence industries.Strong knowledge of AS9100/AS9120 (or ISO 9001) and expertise in internal/external audits.Skilled in root cause analysis, problem resolution, and interpreting technical drawings.Experience with machined components and related manufacturing processes.
