As Quality Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in driving a strong quality culture across the operation. The Role The role of Quality Manager will involve having full responsibility for the site''s Quality Management System, ensuring products consistently meet customer, legal and industry standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing the site''s Quality Management System (QMS) Leading food safety, quality and compliance activities across the business Driving a culture of continuous improvement and audit readiness Managing internal and external audits and maintaining compliance with recognised industry standards Overseeing HACCP systems and supporting food safety initiatives Investigating non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions Managing customer specifications and quality documentation Coordinating product testing, environmental monitoring and shelf-life programmes Producing KPI reports and quality performance data Working collaboratively with Production and Operations to continually improve quality standards About You You''ll be able to demonstrate ..... full job details .....
