A well-established manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Quality Manager with CI experience to lead and develop its quality function. The company is entering a key phase of growth, with increased focus on product quality, supplier performance, and process consistency. This Quality Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager role has been created to drive a step-change in how quality is owned across the business and to embed a more proactive, right-first-time approach.
