Quality Manager - Precision Engineering Salary: circa 50,000 + benefits Location: Greater Manchester Industry: Aerospace and Precision Engineering We are a leading precision engineering company, dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee the quality management processes within our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: Lead the quality assurance processes, ensuring products meet rigorous industry standards. Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications. Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to address quality concerns. Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of production. Train and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar leadership role within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or other relevant quality standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive improvements.
