Quality Manager

We Are Zenith are seeking a driven and proactive leader to take ownership of the site''s quality systems, compliance standards and continuous improvement agenda. You''ll lead a team of quality professionals, work closely with operations, and play a key role in driving a right-first-time culture across the business. Responsibilities Lead and develop the Quality team to deliver high performance. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System. Drive audit readiness and manage internal audit programmes. Lead investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions. Partner with production teams to improve quality performance and reduce waste. Support process improvements, new equipment introductions and operational excellence initiatives. Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and internal standards. Experience and Skills Required Previous Quality Management experience in High Volume Manufacturing Recognised Internal or Lead Auditor qualification. Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits and continuous improvement. Proven people leadership experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. SAP and experience with automation, AI or digital manufacturing tools would be advantageous. The Package Competitive salary and benefits package.
