Quality Manager Alfreton, Derbyshire 40,000 - 50,000W Talent are working with a fast-paced manufacturing business located Alfreton, Derbyshire who are looking to appoint a Quality Manager to take ownership of the quality function across the business.This role would suit a Senior Quality Engineer who is ready to take the next step into a Quality Manager position, taking on greater responsibility and influence across the business. It would also suit an experienced Quality Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge in Alfreton within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Quality Manager ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on role focused on Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, continuous improvement and driving quality standards throughout the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take real ownership of the quality function, working closely with Production, Health and Safety, Engineering and other key departments to identify areas for improvement, strengthen processes and drive a positive quality culture.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the Quality function across the business.Manage, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and business processes.Identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.Work closely with Production and Engineering to improve ..... full job details .....
