The Role As Quality Manager, you''ll be responsible for overseeing quality operations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and driving improvements across the business. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the quality function, ensuring high standards are consistently achieved. Managing and improving quality management systems, procedures and processes. Overseeing quality investigations, non-conformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA). Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and performance. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality and regulatory standards. Leading internal and external audits and ensuring effective follow-up actions. Working closely with production, operations and senior management teams.
