Quality Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a successful and well-established manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional looking to take ownership of the Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with external certifications, and supporting operational excellence throughout the business. Key Responsibilities Lead, maintain and continuously develop the site''s Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with all external quality certifications and accreditation requirements. Monitor industry and regulatory changes that could impact quality standards and business objectives. Identify, manage and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, operational efficiency and business performance. Support departments across the business with quality-related best practices and process improvements. Manage, mentor and develop the quality team, providing training and support to maximise performance and professional development. Ensure quality policies, procedures and processes are effectively implemented and adhered to throughout the organisation. Coordinate and support external audits, certification visits and customer site visits.
