Quality Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join a successful and established furniture manufacturing business in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will take responsibility for maintaining and improving quality standards across the manufacturing operation, ensuring products consistently meet customer, company and industry requirements. This is a hands-on management role for someone with strong experience within a furniture, KBB, joinery, woodworking or manufacturing environment, who can identify quality issues, implement improvements and work closely with production teams to drive a strong culture of quality. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the company''s quality control processes across the manufacturing operation. Develop, implement and maintain quality standards, procedures and inspection processes. Carry out regular quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process, identifying defects and areas for improvement. Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions. Work closely with Production, Operations, Engineering and Purchasing teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. Monitor production quality and identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
