Quality Manager

Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a background in manufacturing? This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading manufacturer to find a proactive individual to lead quality operations at their site. This is a high-impact role where you ll be the face of quality hosting audits, engaging with customers, and driving continuous improvement across production and systems. You ll lead a small team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality policies aligned with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001 and 45001 Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments Lead customer quality initiatives and manage complaints Support site Health and Safety (NEBOSH desirable, training provided) Deliver training and performance reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ideal Candidate Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing Strong knowledge of ISO standards, PFMEA, PPAP, and lean principles Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Confident with Microsoft Office and quality systems This role comes with an excellent benefits package including bonus.
