We''re looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a strong Technical team, reporting directly to the Technical Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the site''s Quality Management System while leading Food Safety, Quality and Legality standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the site''s Quality Management System
• Lead and develop the QA and Hygiene teams, promoting a strong food safety and quality culture
• Ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, GMP and customer requirements
• Oversee pest control, hygiene programmes and product testing schedules
• Manage internal audits, non-conformances, customer complaints and corrective actions
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support traceability, recall procedures and compliance training activities
• Work closely with the Technical team to maintain specifications and improve ways of working across the business

About You

• Experience in a Quality leadership role within food manufacturing
• Previous team management or supervisory experience
• Internal auditing experience
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems and pest control
• Knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP and GMP standards
