They''re now looking for a Quality Manager to join the team in North Lincolnshire. The Role You''ll lead a team of QA pros who keep the whole operation on track - making sure everything that leaves the site is as good as it should be (and the paperwork says so too). You''ll be the one spotting the cracks in the system and tightening things up - not because someone told you to, but because it bothers you when stuff isn''t right. You''ll keep the site BRC-ready, customer-compliant, and ahead of the game. You''ll run the internal audit programme, track quality KPIs, and make sure people know where things stand - from the factory floor to the senior team. When the Site Technical Manager''s away, you''ll step up. And you''ll make sure there''s someone ready to step up for you too. The Person You''ve done this before - at least three years managing quality in an FMCG environment. You know the difference between "compliant" and "excellent" and you aim for the latter.
