Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and continually improving the company''s ISO 9001:2015 QMS - Planning, conducting and overseeing internal and external audits - Leading quality investigations - Review and update quality documentation - Identifying quality risks and opportunities while understanding the expectations of customers and key stakeholders - Acting as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns - Driving continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouWe''re looking for an experienced quality professional who enjoys improving systems and influencing positive change.You''ll ideally have: - Experience of working in a senior quality position - Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS - Leading audits - Strong communications skillsThis is a permanent opportunity with a strong salary with a yearly bonus on offer as well.
