The Role Full ownership of the Quality Management System aligned to AS9100 and/or AS9120 Lead internal, external, and customer audits with confidence and authority Drive corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives Act as the senior quality interface for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Champion a strong quality culture across the organisation Provide quality leadership, insight, and reporting to senior management Support supplier approvals, performance, and compliance About You Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role Aerospace experience preferred; strong candidates from other regulated industries welcomed Experienced audit lead with excellent stakeholder management skills Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-focused Confident influencer with the ability to lead by example What s on ..... full job details .....
