As a Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading the Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements Driving quality strategy, KPIs and governance across the Blandford site (with travel to Poole when required) Overseeing APQP and ensuring accurate, on-time PPAP submissions Implementing in-process quality controls, including audits, error-proofing and process capability studies Managing customer and supplier quality performance, including complaints, audits and corrective actions Reducing scrap, rework and cost of poor quality through data-driven problem solving As a Quality Manager, your experience will include: Leadership experience within manufacturing quality management Strong working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC and MSA Hands-on experience with metrology, GDandT, jigs, fixtures and capability analysis Exposure to processes such as forming, fabricating, welding, machining or assembly Confident customer-facing communication and ..... full job details .....
