Position summary Quality Manager within our Defence Manufacturing business team. Covering new manufacture of products for the JSF LiftSystem and Component Repair activities. The role will appeal to someone with Quality experience that thrives in a dynamic, team oriented operational environment. What you will be doing: Work closely with the Production Leadership Team to ensure compliance, across all OE and MRO activities, with both external regulatory and internal Rolls-Royce Management System requirements. Deploy the problem resolution process (8D); coaching others in its application and leading investigations, when required. Manage MRO related mandatory occurrence reporting (DASOR), human factors investigations (MEDA) and action reports (MARS) processes. Ensure Quality ..... full job details .....
