This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to shape site standards and drive continuous improvement.You''ll take ownership of the site''s quality strategy, leading QA and QC activity, strengthening systems, and embedding a true "quality-first" culture across the operation. Working closely with production, engineering and suppliers, you''ll ensure products consistently meet the highest standards.What you''ll be doing:Leading and developing the site Quality StrategyManaging and improving the QMS (including ISO 9001 compliance)Driving quality improvements through data, root cause analysis and process controlLeading audits, resolving non-conformances and reducing customer complaintsSupporting new product introduction and supplier quality performanceCoaching and developing teams to build a strong quality cultureWhat we''re looking for:Proven Quality leadership experience in manufacturing or productionStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (FMEA, RCA, etc.)A hands-on, solutions-focused approachConfident leadership and strong communication skillsWhat''s on offer:Competitive Salary up to £65k + up to 10% bonus25 days holiday + option to buy morePension up to ..... full job details .....
