Quality and Compliance ManagerManufacturing Environment Quality, Compliance and Continuous Improvement LeadershipWe are seeking a proactive and influential Quality and Compliance Manager to lead our Quality function, ensuring the highest standards across manufacturing, distribution and commercial operations.This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Quality Management System, leading audit and compliance activities, managing a small Quality team, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.The RoleAs Quality and Compliance Manager, you will take ownership of all quality-related processes, systems and procedures across the organisation. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with ISO and industry standards, managing internal and external audits, driving process improvements, and ensuring customer and supplier quality matters are resolved efficiently and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain the company''s Quality Management System (QMS).Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant accreditationsPlan, prepare and manage all internal and external audits.Manage Corrective Actions (CCs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and customer complaint investigations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and other recognised methodologies.Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive ..... full job details .....
