This multi-site Food Manufacturer has received significant financial backing and acquired numerous businesses in recent years to establish themselves as a major player in the Dairy and Confectionery markets. They employ over 500 people across the UK and have big plans in place to continue their upwards trajectory. In this role you will hold full ownership of Quality and Compliance for their Dairy site, looking after Food Safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP while ensuring full audit readiness, overseeing customer complaints and investigating non-conformances. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years'' experience in a Quality Management or similar leadership position in the Food or Beverage Manufacturing sector, and will have a positive, influential management approach necessary for engaging multi-disciplinary staff.
