The Role As Construction Quality Manager, you will be the technical eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring that all remediation, safety and construction works meet the highest quality standards. You will: Key Responsibilities Carry out regular inspections across multiple sites, documenting quality, progress, compliance and defects.Identify non-compliance with drawings, specifications, and building regulationsProduce detailed written reports with photographic evidence, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.Audit drawings and technical documentation at pre-construction, during works and at handover.Support fire safety compliance, leading on outstanding FRA items via Go Pad.Attend project meetings, resident meetings, design workshops and site inspections.Collaborate with Project Managers, Employers'' Agents, contractors and stakeholders to resolve ..... full job details .....
