Quality Manager - Basingstoke (Hybrid role with International Travel)We''re looking for an experienced Central Quality Manager to drive and embed a "Built-in Quality" strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Head of Central Quality, you''ll play a key role in ensuring consistent quality standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead on major quality escalations and support site teams in resolving complex issuesDrive complaint management, ensuring timely closure and root cause analysisStandardise and monitor quality KPIs, audits, and reporting across sitesCoordinate cross-site problem solving and maintain defect cataloguesSupport ISO9001 compliance and supplier quality assurance processesDeliver training and coaching to build site-level quality capabilityPartner with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to improve performanceWhat we''re looking for:Degree (or equivalent) in a technical or quality disciplineStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in quality systems, audits, and continuous improvementAbility to analyse data and translate technical findings into clear insightsProven capability in problem solving and influencing across teamsWillingness to travel nationally and internationallyExperience in a Manufacturing business (Automotive or Aerospace would be ideal)In return for your hard work you will receive an excellent Salary, Company Car, Bonus and Pension ..... full job details .....
