Quality Manager Manufacturing Deeside, North Wales £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits PackagePrincipal People are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit a Quality Manager.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to join a growing manufacturing and engineering business and take ownership of the Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement across the organisation.The successful candidate will report directly to senior management and play a key role in maintaining and developing the company''s Integrated Management System, with a strong focus on quality, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a highly visible position with the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders and lead quality initiatives across the business.The key duties include: Leading and developing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and continual improvement.Managing internal, external, supplier and customer audits while maintaining certification standards.Monitoring quality performance, KPIs, non-conformances and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.Leading root cause analysis and problem-solving activities across manufacturing operations.Managing customer quality concerns and ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions are implemented.Developing and maintaining quality procedures, documentation and management systems.Supporting production teams to ..... full job details .....
